About the role:

This role will support our Executive Benefits business – both servicing our top clients as well as participating in the new business and NQ Plan enrollment process.

 

This is a critical role to maintaining relationships with our largest clients.  It is responsible for a wide range of tasks including administrative policy servicing, executing investment trades, and managing the new business process for existing and new plans.


How you'll make an impact

 

  • In-force policy and plan servicing.
  • Assembling and analyzing policy reviews with clients
  • Participate in enrollments for COLI and Voluntary type plans
  • Running in-force and other policy illustrations
  • Premium tracking, invoicing, and allocating
  • Completing forms for general administrative requests: address change, owner and beneficiary change
  • Managing client and advisor requests
  • Data collection:  Pulling policy values, creating policy summaries, performance reporting.
  • Manages service deliverable's and sets follows ups when onboarding new clients
  • Working directly with our advisors to provide a best in class experience for our clients.
  • Gains working knowledge of various investment managers available to plan participants and policy holders in PPLI.
  • Communicating directly with clients and their advisors
  • Assist on other projects as needed

About You

  • 5-10 years of experience within the life insurance industry preferred
  • Client service and new business experience preferred
  • Understanding of various investments
  • Plan Administration experience a plus
  • Experience with multi-life plans or non-qualified plans a plus
  • Bachelors degree
  • Life insurance license required
  • Series 6/7 and 63 preferred.  Will sponsor employee to obtain
  • A strong client service mindset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issues
