We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines High Net Worth Client Service Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and nurturing relationships with our high net worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier client service.

How you'll make an impact
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of personal lines insurance services, ensuring that all client inquiries and requests are handled promptly and accurately.
- Policy Management: Manage the renewal process for client policies, including reviewing coverage, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely issuance of policies.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments for clients, identifying potential exposures and recommending appropriate coverage options.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of client service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.
- Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal client outcomes.
About You
- Bachelor's degree with minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high net worth clients -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- P&C license required.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of personal lines insurance products and services.
- Relevant insurance licenses and certifications preferred.
