The Accounting Solution Center (ASC) Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between branch offices and the National Accounting Center (NAC). They are responsible for addressing and resolving all questions and issues raised by providing comprehensive accounting-related solutions and support to employees, managers, and Divisional leadership. Acting as a link between branches and the NAC, this role involves researching and documenting customer inquiries and building positive customer relationships.

Position Details: 

• Pay: Starting at $63K/yr - depending on experience 
• Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday in office - 2850 West Golf Road, Rolling Meadows IL
• Hours - 8.5 hour shift (30min lunch) between the hours of 7am - 6pm CST
• Benefits start day 1!

• Responding to accounting or transactional inquiries via phone and email, thoroughly researching and documenting customer inquiries, and ensuring positive customer outcomes.
• Handling escalated requests by identifying root causes, reconciling accounts, and collaborating with NAC accounting teams to resolve complex problems.
• Disbursement approval by wire and check.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in transactional accounting roles within the insurance brokerage or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Proven ability to drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
