Overview

Are you passionate about customer service in an industry that offers stability and growth? We have an exciting opportunity in our Lakewood Ranch Operations Team!

In this role, our Account Manager Associates help our customers when they have questions about their billing – limited phone work involved! Approximately 25% of daily work will be spent speaking to members about billing questions.

 

• This is a Hybrid position with 3 days remote, 2 days in-office which is located at 8430 Enterprise Cir, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202
• Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm EST - No weekends
• Pay: $20/hr

Correspond with members regarding their billing via phone and email.

Investigate and respond to billing questions and issues from customers and colleagues

Operation responsibilities assigned by management including, but not limited to, policy reinstatement and cancellation, premium allocation, refund management, and account level billing management.

As a minimum requirement you’ll need:

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and/or billing experience
• The ability to type well and use a computer

Preferred skills include:

• Ability to learn new processes and systems accurately and efficiently
• Strong aptitude for independent research and problem-solving with strict attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to take complex information and explain it in simple terms either in writing or over the phone
• The ability to use Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
