The Senior People & Culture Operations Analyst is the backbone of the P&C Department. This position will lead many  projects and programs to maintain the operations of the P&C team as a whole. This role will work with the team to configure the  HRIS system, implement projects and programs in partnership with the P&C team. This role will provide systems perspective and problem solving, while auditing current systems for process improvement.  This role requires an individual who can dig deep into data and analyze system trends.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Acts as HRIS SME for designated programmatic areas
  • Cleans up and optimizes UKG and designated programmatic areas
  • Researches and remediates employee data issues and defects, including root cause analysis
  • Ensures all systems and processes are operating as efficiently as possible
  • Manages projects independently with cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Provides ongoing operational support & manages project responsibilities as assigned
  • Acts as a change agent – partners with global P&C leaders on best practices across the team
  • Identifies trends and opportunities for efficiencies and improvements and drives to automate transactional work within the P&C team
  • SOX compliance support for US HR systems
  • Owns configuration of HRIS system, including but not limited to developing testing scripts, mapping out requirements, and reviewing UKG releases
  • Maintains and creates process documentation as needed
  • Responsible for accurate reporting and analytics
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring
  • 3-5 years’ HR experience
  • Must have a history of reliable and accurate data entry; data integrity and data pride are expected
  • Must be a master of detail and have the ability to think through processes from start to finish
  • Must be articulate and comfortable presenting information to small and large groups
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast paced and changing environment necessary
  • Experience working with HRIS and ATS software required. (UltiPro and JobVite a plus)
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information 
  • High level of integrity, transparency, and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
  • Collaborative team player: willingness to pitch in as needed
  • Desire to make a difference and have fun
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and interest in keeping up on trends and updates in HR strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills required, Visio a plus
  • A Bachelor's Degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent
  • More than 5 years of directly related experience working with ERP, HRIS, or Talent Management applications providing HR administration support
  • Strong understanding of HR Systems and the relevant opportunities of integrating with an ERP
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, etc.), SQL and data management
  • More than 1 year of project management experience of small to medium sized projects required
  • Implementation experience or knowledge of HR Systems such as Workday, Oracle HR is highly preferred
  • UKG software experience is required
Salary Information 
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,000- $110,000 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. 
 Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
