Product Data Coordinator

Role Purpose
The Product Data Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end product offers across all categories to the EMEA business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support the Enhanced Product Offer (EPO - Monthly product offer) by coordinating the end-to-end processes (item set up, order form, call support, market research).
  • Responsible for maintaining the embargo product dates diligence and ensuring data is consistent between various systems.
  • Liaising with key departments to understand and collate release / launch dates.
  • Create and update master sheets with all relevant information on weekly basis.
  • Communicate production adjustments to the business including the potential revenue impact.
  • Update key product data reports monthly utilizing data from external sources.
  • Update the team SharePoint function.
  • Supporting with updating decks and watermarking
  • Coordinate the trade show sample process.

  • Should be comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
  • Ability to work with confidential information and always remain discreet.
  • Ability to ‘think out of the box’ with a hands-on mentality.
  • Understanding or interest in pop culture is a must!
