This Global role is responsible for creating, delivering, and operating an enterprise application ecosystem to meet the need of Funko’s business strategy.  You will manage internal and external technology teams for Funko’s ERP, PLM, HRIS and EDI systems, from a technical and business process perspective. The successful candidate will direct and co-ordinate a global ERP portfolio, business process harmonization, roadmap for future state ERP abilities and operational activities such as upgrades, etc.

What You’ll Do
  • Responsible for initiating and directing projects as required to support business segments within Funko globally
  • Set the objectives and goals of the organization with relevant metrics to drive a high performing team.
  • Engage business stakeholders across the company to gain a strong understanding of business needs.
  • Responsible to develop and review the development & integration standards that align with Funko IT policies
  • Recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, including regulatory driven change
  • Responsible for preparing & tracking budgets and related financial documents; is responsible for managing financial accounting on new projects to be undertaken.
  • Align contracts with vendors and partners to ensure Funko and its customers data meets our policy guidance
  • Ensure all applications have a technical recovery plan in place, are highly available where necessary and have documented procedures to support business continuity in a disaster recovery situation.
  • Provide management, coaching and mentoring to create an environment which encourages accountability and strong staff development; manage the hiring, training, motivation, and retention of top talent.
  • Drive projects to successful completion by delivering on promised scope / functionality, resolving issues and conflicts with business / IT / Vendor partners, hitting deadlines with quality deliverables.
  • Responsible for managing relationships with our application vendors. Held accountable for hitting metrics associated with vendor performance.
  • Ensure the operational performance, scalability, and reliability of application services.
  • Ensure SOX, PCI, CCPA and other regulatory compliance, and internal controls, for information technology. Coordinate security, privacy and other compliance for global applications
  • Be a Change Champion and ensure change adoption. Work with the business stakeholders to ensure change impact to business processes, systems, job roles, and structures within the organization are well communicated and help increase employee adoption and usage of the technology solution 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures on the application support Model. Manage the resolution of application and system issues that arise across the business within the agreed SLA’s based on the issue priority. Conduct periodic reviews on the issues raised and resolved to identify trends and root causes of issues raised. Apply long term changes as needed to manage the root causes
  • Ensure Quality Assurance of the full suite of enterprise applications. Coordinate and coach the project teams on proper test procedure and review testing techniques. Ensure proper test case definition, testing automation, system load and performance testing are done to ensure a quality deliverable 
  • Help identify, analyze, and implement process improvement and process re-engineering opportunities rather than system changes where possible. Work with internal stakeholders to identify quick wins and drive process change implementation and adoption
What You’ll Bring
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a large enterprise Informational Technology environment.  A minimum of 5 years of experience managing people and preferably 5 years managing a larger ERP implementation or Operational team.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a consumer products company is a distinct advantage
  • Will have demonstrable experience in the implementation and ongoing delivery of capabilities in a top tier ERP such as Dynamics 365. Cloud ERP experience an advantage
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management platforms in a CPG company is a plus
  • Will have demonstrable experience of building and growing technology organizations with a focus on the development of people and the utilization of nearshore and offshore services
  • Highly self-motivated.  Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility.
  • Demonstrated acumen and passion for both business and technology, including the latest digital innovations as they apply to the creation of business value.
  • Ability to step into projects already in progress, or in need of rescue, and effectively assume a leadership role.
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate with leadership at all levels in order to convey complex IT operations issues and their implications on the organization
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.  MBA preferred
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $150,000 - $200,000 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
