ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the inside sales and channel sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Demonstrated experience in GTM strategy, including introducing new products to the market.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives and channel sales representatives.
- Set clear performance expectations, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and coaching to the sales teams.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication within the sales department and cross-functional teams.
- Performance Optimization:
- Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales teams.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred.
- Proven experience as a successful leader of Sales in the SAAS industry.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
$170,000 - $210,000 a year
This position pays and annual salary of $170,000 - $210,000 + commission eligibility. Detailed commission plan will be provided upon hire.
