JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strong Data Migration background with hands-on experience using SAP BODS in S/4 HANA Implementations
- Good experience in BODS design and architecture
- Develop/Update the Technical Specification Documents
- Strong design and development experience with advanced BODS functionalities
- Build SAP BODS jobs for Data Conversion projects as per the functional specifications
- Implementing managerial and operational reporting for cleansing and load readiness
- Good Analytical skills to analyze the ETL issues and fix them
- Experience with Data Migration using IDOC's / BAPI's
- Ability to debug the data load errors
- Supporting all data load and cutover tasks for Mock, dress rehearsals and production cutover
- Supporting team members with technical and functional assistance

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead creation of production support documentation and provide production support for the data conversion objects
- To thrive in a fast paced working norm and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- To collaborate with vendors, Ford IT and Business teams and meet the enterprise objectives.
- Effective team player working with Onsite and Offshore teams
- Reviews code developed by software engineers and provide feedback to ensure quality deliverable
- Ensures technical inspections are performed at appropriate stages of development
- To work with stakeholders and other Ford and vendor teams to ensure service availability
- To consult with architects to ensure design compliant to architecture standards and principles
- Performance Tuning, problem solving skills and Debugging/Defect Management
QUALIFICATIONS
8 to 10+ years of Experience in SAP BODS ( SAP Business Object Data Services )
Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle S/4 implementations experience, preferably in the Finance, Purchasing and Manufacturing modules.
