QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in environments related to human resources.
Advanced level of English, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of office tools and customer service platforms.(Oracle, CRM)
