Forcepoint is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our Global Finance Team. This position sits within the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team and will provide critical input into the company's financial strategy, produce logical scenario analyses and insights, and make sound recommendations to support key business decisions. This role will report to the head of FP&A but will be highly visible across the business, with frequent interaction with the CFO and Go-to-Market leadership. As a result, successful candidates will demonstrate critical thinking skills, strong analytical experience and the ability to work cross-functionally in a self-starter, fast-paced environment. In addition, they will distill and communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely in regular interaction with executive leaders. This position requires a motivated candidate looking for a challenging role that requires initiative and an ability to balance competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare components of the monthly reporting package that includes full financial statements, comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, analysis of key business trends, and variance analysis.

• Deliver an efficient, effective, and comprehensive process for developing operating and strategic financial plans, quarterly board and investor reporting, quarterly lender reporting and monthly financial forecasting.

• Develop and foster strong cross-functional partnerships with focus on Go-To-Market (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), Accounting and Procurement teams.

• Interpret complex financial information and prepare critical analysis with recommendations that inform management decision making.

• Manage a group of analyst/business partners in support of functional business units

• Partner with stakeholders on ad hoc and special projects, supporting diverse functional teams in the development and execution of business cases/key initiatives.

• Develop, maintain and enrich financial/operating models.

Skills and Experience

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, or applicable field.

• 7+ years of relevant finance/FP&A experience, including previous partnership with Go-To-Market leadership.

• High level of organization, highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects to deadlines with minimal supervision.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with senior business leaders and external stakeholders.

• Highly personable, positive leader with the ability to forge relationships across the company.

• Ability to develop and maintain financial models and accurate financial forecasts and present them in a clear and concise manner.

• Expert in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
