Member Services Administrative Internship Opportunity 2024!

This position works within the Member Services department. This department is responsible for providing support and assistance to members, managing membership data, and ensuring member satisfaction. To support these tasks, this position will:

• Task A: Create and dispatch food safety training cards.

• Task B: Conduct Tax ID (also known as Employer Identification Number or EIN) verification for member organizations on NetSuite. The intern will spend most of their time researching, verifying, and updating EIN information for member organizations within the NetSuite system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Task C: Assist in phone outreach to update Member Agency contacts.

• Task D: Assist with administrative tasks within the Member Services department, such as organizing member files online, responding to member inquiries via email or phone, or updating membership documentation.

End of Internship Project:

• The intern will conduct and present an analysis of the data collected during the Employer Identification Number (EIN) verification process. This analysis will entail examining the number of organizations that have undergone verification, comparing the accuracy of EIN information that we have on PDF/Paper records and the data stored in NetSuite, and identifying any inconsistencies or discrepancies that may arise.
