This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who enjoys tackling complex challenges and building scalable solutions.

You will:

  • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
  • Serve as a problem solver by identifying accounting issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FP&A, Operations, Tax, Compliance, etc.) to ensure proper accounting treatment of complex transactions.
  • Assist with global consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Support audits by preparing documentation, schedules, and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
  • Partner with business leaders to analyze financial trends and provide insights that support decision-making.
  • Stay current on accounting standards and assess their impact on company policies and reporting.

You should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward certification strongly preferred.
  • 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a mix of public accounting (Big Four or mid-tier) and industry.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls; experience with global accounting is a plus.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to address accounting challenges and business questions with creativity and analytical rigor.
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems skills (e.g., Netsuite, Workday, Oracle, SAP). Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
