Attract the talent reshaping global commerce
The opportunity:
We're looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead our North America recruiting team through our next phase of growth. You'll inspire and develop a team of talented recruiters who are obsessed with finding exceptional talent. If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in high-growth environments and loves building scalable recruiting processes, we want to hear from you.
You will:
- Lead the team. Manage and mentor recruiters and coordinators across North America, building their skills in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Drive strategy. Own the full-cycle recruiting strategy for the region—from employer branding and candidate experience to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partner with the business. Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand priorities, forecast hiring needs, and deliver top talent on time
- Scale smartly. Design and implement processes that allow us to hire faster without compromising quality
- Use data. Track key metrics, identify trends, and adjust tactics to continuously improve performance
- Optimize the candidate experience. Ensure every candidate—whether they get an offer or not—has a seamless, professional experience that strengthens our employer brand
- Lead by example. Jump into key searches when needed, especially senior or hard-to-fill roles
You should have:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years managing a recruiting team
- Proven success scaling recruiting at a high-growth company (ideally tech, logistics, or similarly fast-paced industries)
- Strong operational instincts—you know how to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Comfort with recruiting tools and systems (ATS, sourcing platforms, analytics)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; you can influence without authority
- A blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution—you're equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up your sleeves
- Passion for coaching and developing team members
