Opportunity:
As a Product Designer on the Ops Tech design team, you will shape the user experience across the tools operators rely on to manage complex logistics workflows. You’ll design features that help users prioritize, plan, and execute international shipments across all modes of transport, while ensuring a seamless experience for a global user base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership: Contribute to internal tools design while ensuring UX quality and driving user adoption.
- Design: Create clear, effective designs using visual and interaction principles.
- Research: Support user research and apply insights to improve design decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teammates, join design reviews, and help achieve shared goals.
- Growth: Stay curious, learn continuously, and develop skills with guidance from senior designers.

You should have:
- 4+ years of experience in product design, ideally with exposure to tools design, complex workflows, AI products, logistics design or related domains.
- A strong portfolio showcasing product design work (please include link and password if applicable).
- Skilled in user-centered design methods with a focus on problem-solving,and delivering practical solutions that improve end‑user experience. Ability to connect design decisions to product goals and the broader business context.
- Experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, end‑users, and other designers.
- Familiarity with Figma, design systems and the ability to apply and contribute to design guidelines.
- A degree in HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
- English proficiency required.
