We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Building Administrator for our fulfillment warehouse. As the Building Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Building General Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning of the facility. You will oversee various administrative tasks, maintain records, and assist with coordinating activities within the warehouse. This is an onsite position in San Bernardino, California.

You will

  • Assist the Building General Manager in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the fulfillment warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory lists, equipment maintenance logs, and employee attendance records.
  • Collaborate with the Building General Manager to develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Manage the office administration functions, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the Building General Manager and other team members as required.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring their availability at all times.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, coordinating training sessions, and updating employee records.
  • Coordinate with various departments and external vendors to facilitate repairs, maintenance, and other building-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in conducting regular inspections to identify any maintenance or operational issues and coordinate their resolution.

You should have

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in business administration or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a warehouse or similar environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is desirable
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
The US base salary range for this position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.)
$66,600$74,000 USD
