- 管理仓库运营:负责仓库日常管理工作, 包括入库, 存储, 拣选, 包装, 出库等流程的规划与监督, 确保操作高效有序。
- 库存管理与控制:利用系统进行库存监控, 优化库存结构, 减少呆滞库存, 保证库存数据准确性, 及时处理库存差异。
- 团队领导与培训:建立并领导高效运作的仓库团队, 制定员工培训计划, 提升团队专业技能和服务水平。
- 安全管理:确保仓库遵守所有安全规定和标准, 定期进行安全检查, 组织安全培训, 预防事故的发生。
- 流程优化与创新:持续评估现有操作流程, 引入先进的仓储管理理念和技术, 提高仓库作业效率和成本效益。
- 协调与沟通:与采购, 销售, 物流等部门紧密合作, 确保货物的顺畅流通, 解决跨部门协作中的问题。
- 绩效评估与报告:定期编制仓库运营报告, 分析 KPI 数据, 为管理层提供决策支持。
- 教育背景:大专及以上学历, 物流管理, 供应链管理或相关专业优先。
- 工作经验:至少 5 年仓库管理经验, 其中至少 2 年在同等职位上的管理经验, 有大型物流, 电商企业工作经验者优先。
- 专业知识:熟悉仓储管理流程及 WMS , ERP 等信息系统操作, 了解物流行业法律法规。
- 领导能力:优秀的团队管理和领导能力, 能够激励团队成员, 促进团队合作。
- 解决问题能力:具备良好的问题解决和决策能力, 能够在高压环境下有效应对突发事件。
- 沟通协调能力:出色的沟通技巧, 能够有效地与内部团队及外部客户沟通。
- 技术技能:熟练使用办公软件和仓库管理信息系统, 对新技术有学习热情。
