Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Unidata / Universe/ Pick Basic / JBase / T24 Developer - IT located in Chennai / Coimbatore location.

What a typical day looks like:
- Report to the Global Development Lead and work closely with the Solution Managers who provide detailed specifications and manage projects.
- Responsible for analyzing requirements and converting them into technical specifications as well as develop them.
- Follow defined development procedures independently.
- Batchelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Min 5+Yrs of experience in software development and 2-3 Yrs of experience of Universe Multi-Value Database or similar like Pick Basic / JBase / T24 Developer, etc.
- Experience of Universe Basic programming language
- Experience of Universe query/command language
- Experience of Universe database table and index design
- Experience of structured programming techniques
- Basic knowledge of Unix
- Good Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge on Inventory, Warehouse Management Systems and Logistics software systems would be an added advantage.
- Ability to support testing, troubleshooting and debugging
- Ability to interpret requirements and estimate development efforts
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
