Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add NPI Test Engineer located in Shanghai .
What a typical day looks like:
- Define and Manage Test process for New Product Introduction, Transfer Product Introduction and Mass Production. DFT, PFMEA, Gage R&R preparation in project.
- Introduce advanced manufacturing technology(Automatic robot,PLC), concept into Test production within JID to achieve manufacturing excellence.
- Provide daily Test engineering support to production, project. Provide technical support to EMS in needed.
- Provide technical support to RMA analysis.
- Drive lean project to improve production efficiency.
- Design test jigs, test fixture, tooling, electronic circuits, PCB Layout according to design rule

- At least 5 years Power electrical related test experience.(test solution develop include hardware or software)
- Have strong experience about FCT, test fixture related design
- Be skilled in the analog test, like voltage, current, etc.
- Be able to use English as working language.
- Be able to bear high work pressure;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and team-working
- DFT, Gage R&R knowledge,sixsgam
- Auotmatic layout experience(PLC,Cobot)
- Basic C++ programing competence
- Power test background is preferred. VPD power and GPU power module test develop experience.
