Job Summary
Termelési koordinátor ukrán-magyar nyelvtudással
Feladatok:
- Új belépő fizikai munkavállalók tantermi oktatásának tolmácsolása
- Termelési tréningek tolmácsolása
- Munkavállalók és vezetők közötti tolmácsolási feladatok ellátása
- Az új dolgozók beilleszkedésének segítése, fejlődésük figyelemmel kísérése
- Munkautasításokkal kapcsolatos tevékenységek bemutatása, betanítása, ellenőrzése
- Helyi, az adott munkafolyamatokra jellemző speciális munkavédelmi "oktatás" (pl. munkaeszközök helyes és biztonságos kezelése)
- Vevői visszajelzések kapcsán, vagy más okból bevezetett munkafolyamat változtatások betanítása
