Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Technician located in Aguascalientes

The Process Engineering Technician will support the manufacturing operations by ensuring stable, efficient, and high-quality PCBA processes. This role involves daily troubleshooting, process monitoring, and continuous improvement activities within SMT and THT. The technician will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to maintain optimal line performance and support new product introductions.

What a typical day looks like:

• Document work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Implement continuous improvement actions for PCBA processes.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) in the manufacturing line.
• Introduce new materials, equipment, or technologies into PCBA processes.
• Execute actions to reduce scrap and improve process yield.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Knowledge of electronic assembly processes (PCBA): SMT and THT
• Operation of soldering equipment for electronic assemblies.
• Interpretation of electronic schematics and diagrams.
• Application of IPC-A-610 standards.
• Failure analysis and technical troubleshooting.
• Process documentation and work instruction creation.
• Record and analyze production and quality data.
