To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer Technician located in Aguascalientes
PTH process, working on all documentation and technical review such machines related to the PTH process as Wave solder, router, Robots etc. Develop of process documentation for new PCBA such as, MPI. Support in the production lines to avoid any stop line or downtimes related the process.
What a typical day looks like:
- Set up the machines
- Send reports about the production floor
- Develop of process documentation as MPI
- Monitoring and develop improvement plan to reach expected quality, cost and delivery metrics.
- Capacity analysis to solve problems
- Improve the process.
- The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- 1 year the experience in the industry
- PCBA's knowledge
- PCBA tooling support
- Knowledge on IPC-610 PCBA Soldering standard criteria.
- Problem solving structured analysis and follow up continuous improvement plans.
- English Basic
- Fully understanding and interpretation of sata sheets
- Wave / selective / Robot programming process development
- High school
