To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. EE Manager located in Shenzhen .

What a typical day looks like:

  • Leading a team to responsible for project on design and development from concept stage till production within the defined requirements
  • Work across functional teams to ensure product meet product specification, cost target, schedule, etc.
  • Design concept decision maker, including topology architecture, component selection, PCB layout, EMC, Safety, Reliability etc.
  • Provides technology leadership and makes decision on how to solve technical related problems so encountered throughout the development phases
  • Customer field issue support and resolvation
  • Support NPI manufacturing in factory
  • 带领团队主导开关电源设计从方案到样机, 量产的开发,
  • 协同其他部门保证产品满足客户规格, 成本以及交期的需求,
  • 负责硬件相关的系统方案设计和详细方案设计, 原理图设计和器件选型, 负责产品的EMC设计, 安规设计, 可靠性设计,
  • 负责产品的调试测试, 输出设计开发, 生产相关的完整交付资料, 牵头解决产品全生命周期中的技术质量问题,
  • 解决客户端调试或量产阶段的技术质量问题
  • 为工厂NPI生产提供技术支持

  • Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
  • 15 years design experience in power supply design (Telecom, Server, OBC ...), independent project design experience.
  • Experience of mi-high power products' development from prototype to mass production.
  • Strong Power electronics / power supply design knowledge, well understanding about popular topology such as Boost, Totem-pole, LLC ,flyback, forward, PSFB, etc.
  • Familiar with AC/DC PSU EMC and Safety regulation, familiar with engineering tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs,
  • Self-motivated, passionate work, good team work
  • 本科以上学历, 电力电子或自动化相关专业, 硕士以上学历优先考虑
  • 15年以上的电源设计和开发经验, 有独立主导中大功率产品研发到量产的经验优先
  • 扎实的电力电子技术基础和较强的动手能力, 熟悉电力电子线路, 基础控制理论和功率半导体器件特性;
  • 对Boost, Totem-pole, LLC, flyback, Forward, PSFB等拓扑有深入的了解。
  • 熟悉AC / DC PSU的EMC和安规设计, 熟练掌握MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PADs等软件
  • 积极主动, 善于沟通表达, 团队合作性强
  • 良好的英语读写能力
