Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr. Customs Specialist 资深关务专员（核销） located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao .
Reporting to the Senior Customs Logistic Manager, the Sr. Customs Specialist role involves...
What a typical day looks like:
- 海关加工贸易系统核销, 物料库存盘点
2. 了解海关加工贸易备案, 使用情况, 掌握成品, 物料的分类
3. 计算海关账册系统数据 & 物料库存盘点数据;
4. 对库存进行对比, 分析差异原因。
5. 海关账册核销管理, 确认进出口平衡情况, 准备报核资料。
6. 配合审计公司进行核销数据核对
7. 实施自审, 复核工作流程。
8. 禁止, 限制类审核, 异常事务报告, 关企合作沟通
- 海关外发, 设备, 结转报关业务管理
2. 新供应商 / 客户的转厂可行性确认;
3. 联络供应商 / 客户办理海关手续;
4. 把握进出口平衡情况, 及时办理报关。
5 . 实施自审, 复核工作流程。
6 . 禁止类审核, 异常事务报告, 关企合作沟通
- 进出口控制及报关
2. 确认新物料, 新成品的归并情况;
3 . 实施自审, 复核工作流程。
4 . 落实自审, 复核, 纠错工作制度流程。
5 . 禁止类审核, 异常事务报告, 关企合作沟通
- 文件, 资料收集管理
2. 协助收集, 保管进出口政策法规文件;
3. 协助对报关资料分类管理。
4. 实施自审, 复核工作流程。
- AEO 管理
2. 实施自审, 复核制度;
3. 完成 AEO 管理目标
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- 大专及以上学历, 5 年以上相关工作经验。
- 有制造业从业经历, 如有保税区经验更佳。
- 有数据概念, 能进行数据分析。
- 熟悉金关系统, 熟练使用 Excel 。
- 书面英语。
