Job Summary
Summary:
The "Sourcing Specialist" will be based in Nanshan, Shenzhen, reporting to Sr Commodity Manager.
What a typical day looks like:
1, 负责结构件如钣金件, 五金冲压件的供应商寻源开发, 评估与导入。
2, 制定供应商采购策略实施和更新, 供应商KPI管理和供应商的关系维护。
3, 定期完成同供应商的价格谈判和降价工作, 持续推动供应商成本的优化。
4, 新项目结构件的RFQ报价, 支持研发部门和项目组打样并按时完成样品的交付。
5, 支持量产项目在生产中遇到的缺料问题, 推动供应商按时按量交付。
6, 其他采购部安排的相关工作。
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
1, 本科及以上学历, 5年以上结构件的采购经验, 机械相关背景为佳。
2, 良好的沟通协调能力和谈判技巧, 能够与供应商及内部团队开展有效的沟通和协作。
3, 具备一定的数据收集和分析并形成清晰的决策能力。
4, 具备一定的抗压能力, 团队合作, 能够适应快速的响应内部合理需求。
5, 英语需要读写能力和具有一定的口语沟通能力为佳。
