Job Summary
 Job Summary: 
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a  Site HRBP(C&B) located in  Shenzhen .
 What a typical day looks like: 
- 健全优化薪酬福利制度流程, 规范薪酬核算规程;
 - 人工成本数据管理, 编制, 管控人力成本预算执行;
 - 薪酬激励专项工作(如激励方案, 调薪, 绩效考核);
 - 负责HR系统与数据管理;
 - 关注市场薪酬动态, 分析内外部市场薪酬状况, 提高公司薪酬福利体系的竞争力;
 - 协助HRBP, 提供职能内的相关专业解决方案和建议, 数据分析等;
 - 协助公司人才招聘管理工作;
 - 日常部门其他协同工作和上级安排的其他任务;
 
- 本科及以上学历, 人力资源管理, 经济学, 工商管理等相关专业;
 - 5年以上薪酬福利经验, 能独立承担薪酬福利模块, 有外企工作经验更优;
 - 精通中国劳动法规, 个税及社保政策, 强数据保密意识;
 - 掌握薪酬管理理论和常用工具, 熟练使用办公软件(Excel, Word, PPT等);
 - 具备较强的人际沟通, 协调, 表达能力, 良好的职业操守, 细致, 耐心, 谨慎;
 - 良好的英语读写和沟通能力;
