Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Business Partner located in Henrico, VA.

Reporting to the Site HR Business Partner, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for partnering with business segments to develop and deploy strategic planning objectives to build a dynamic organization that delivers significant and sustainable growth.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Collaborate with the Production Leadership and their team to develop and deploy EHS and strategic goals to build high performing DL cross functional workforce.
  • Advise and coach business on matters related to talent management, including HR requirements, workforce planning, management selection, executive coaching, performance management, retention, succession planning, and change management, etc.
  • Partner with Site HR Business Partner and staff leadership leadership to deploy key people solution initiatives for talent development, reward, and recognition, etc.
  • Oversite of the employee engagement and resources committees.
  • Manage employee relations matters, re-enforce Ways of Work principles, and ensure workforce process and practice are properly communicated.
  • Develop, coordinate, and conduct HR training programs.
  • Participates and leads site's employee resources and engagement committees and DEI programs to promote positive employee relations; promote and encourage employee participation.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • 5 years of progressive experience in HR across all major function
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Familiarity in fast-paced manufacturing plant environment
  • Involvement collaborating with Production Leadership
  • Practice in coach on performance management, including gap analysis, workforce planning, retention, succession planning, etc.
  • Experience working on training programs
  • Payroll and HR Systems (workday & kronos)
