Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Senior Equipment Maintenance Manager located in Shenzhen.

Reporting to the Director, Global Operations Engineering, the Senior Equipment Maintenance Manager role involves below job responsibilities.

What a typical day looks like:

• Directs daily department activities to maximize equipment utilization and support production needs.
• Establishes preventative maintenance schedules.
• Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.
• Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and workforce resource requirements.
• Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations. Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the departmental function.
• Administer safety programs to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees.
• Generates maintenance logs and other operations metrics.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of related experience.
• Able to read, comprehend, and interpret complex instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees, manufacturing support, and peers.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and advanced people and/or process management skills. Demonstrates advanced/ thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.
