Job Description

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Regional Operations - Audit position will be based in Mumbai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Conduct periodic audits of ASPs to ensure compliance with quality, process, and documentation norms
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Technical Support, Quality, and Logistics) for smooth service delivery
• Maintain detailed reports and dashboards on ASP performance, audit PJP & findings and action plans
• Identify areas of improvement within ASP operations and recommend process enhancements
• Ability to observe and assess operations with an "owl's eye" for accuracy and compliance.

Here is some of what you'll need (required)

• Proficient in data analysis, MS Excel, and reporting tools
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Willing to travel 10 to 15 days/Month
