Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project specialist located in Aguascalientes Campus.

Reporting to the Program Administrator, Project Specialist role involves Assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

• Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.
• Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
• supports on customers visits coordination
• Supports on internal marketing events
• Get data to generate internal reports
• Attend customer requirements
• Create executive presentations

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree or engineering degree.
• Advance English.
• Advanced Excel.
• Program administrator experience or similar positions.
• Internal: Program managers, program administrator, site services coordinator, site communications staff
• External: Event organizers, hotels executives, transportation suppliers.
• Customer/supplier handling
• Expertise with power point
• Great skills to coordinate internal and external events.
• Leadership development, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Growing project
