Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Production Supervisor located in Shenzhen.

What a typical day looks like:

• Lead the daily production operations, develop and execute production schedules base on project build plan to meet on-time delivery (OTD).
• Production HC arrange and coordinate.
• Production Line coordinate and quick line changeover.
• Optimizing production efficiency and resource utilization.
• Follow up BOM/ECO/MCO/ Deviation implement for each stage build.
• Work with buyer, IQC, PM team to resolve material shortage issue.
• Production daily report input, feedback production issue with CFT team and continue to track issue closed.
• Material/WIP/FG manage in production line, analyze production waste, rework rates, and material consumption to control costs and improve overall yield.
• Workmanship issue resolve to raise product quality.
• Manage, train and evaluate the performance of production teams, resolve on-site personnel issues, foster a collaborative team.
• 5S and safety manage, enforce workplace safety rules and conduct safety inspection to eliminate potential risks.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• College's degree or above.
• More than 3 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, electronic manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Familiar with production processes and manufacturing management systems (e.g., ERP, MES)
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
• Skilled use of the Word/Excel/PPT.
• Good knowledge of IPC-A-610.
• Good English skills (reading, writing) be able to negotiate in English.
