Manage workshop employees, including recruitment,training,performance evaluation, etc., to enhance their operational skills and sense of responsibility.Coordinate the work of the operation team by establishing quality, production, engineering and practice.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

大专及以上学历。

College degree or above.

有 5 年以上生产管理经验, 具备机械或金属件加工生产管理经验的优先。

More than 5 years of production management experience, with mechanical or metal parts processing production management experience is preferred

熟悉钣金加工, 喷粉工艺全流程（如前处理, 粉末喷涂, 固化等）, 了解相关设备（喷粉枪, 固化炉等）的工作原理和维护知识。

Familiar with the entire process of sheet metal processing and powder coating technology (such as pre-treatment, powder coating, curing, etc.), understand the working principles and maintenance knowledge of related equipment (powder gun, curing furnace, etc.).

熟悉印刷生产工艺（移印和丝印）

Familiar with printing production processes (transfer printing and screen printing)

掌握质量管理工具（如 SPC , QC 七大手法等）, 能识别和解决喷粉过程中的质量问题（如涂层不均, 橘皮, 针孔等）

Master quality management tools (such as SPC, QC seven methods, etc.), able to identify and solve quality problems during the powder coating process (such as uneven coating, orange peel, pinholes, etc.)

熟悉 ISO9001 等质量管理体系, 最好具备内审员资格, 能主导车间质量体系的落地与优化

Familiar with ISO9001 and other quality management systems, preferably with internal auditor qualifications, able to lead the implementation and optimization of workshop quality systems

有精益生产, 5S/6S 现场管理, TPM （全员生产维护） 等专项培训, 掌握科学的生产管理方法。

Having specialized training in lean production, 5S/6S on-site management, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and mastering scientific production management methods.

能清晰传达生产计划, 标准和要求, 同时耐心倾听员工, 其他部门的意见, 有效解决跨部门或团队内部的沟通矛盾, 确保信息传递顺畅。

Being able to clearly communicate production plans, standards, and requirements, while patiently listening to the opinions of employees and other departments, effectively resolving communication conflicts across departments or within teams, and ensuring smooth information transmission.

具备号召力, 能带动团队积极性, 在生产压力大或出现问题时稳定军心, 通过合理授权, 认可和鼓励, 提升团队凝聚力和执行力。

Having appeal, able to drive team enthusiasm, stabilizing morale in times of high production pressure or problems, and enhancing team cohesion and execution through reasonable authorization, recognition, and encouragement

面对突发状况（如设备故障, 质量波动, 物料短缺）能快速冷静分析, 果断决策并制定解决方案, 避免生产中断或损失扩大。

Being able to quickly and calmly analyze unexpected situations (such as equipment failures, quality fluctuations, material shortages), make decisive decisions, and develop solutions to avoid production interruptions or expanded losses.

车间生产节奏快, 任务重, 需能在高强度工作中保持专注和效率, 平衡多任务处理, 不被压力影响判断。

The production pace in the workshop is fast and the tasks are heavy. It is necessary to maintain focus and efficiency in high-intensity work, balance multitasking, and not be influenced by pressure to make judgments.

对生产全流程负责, 关注细节（如安全规范执行, 质量标准落地）, 能主动承担责任, 不推诿问题。

Responsible for the entire production process, paying attention to details (such as the implementation of safety regulations and quality standards), able to proactively take responsibility, and not shirk responsibility.
