Job Summary

Reporting to the 工艺经理 , the 数控冲床高级工程师 role involves...

What a typical day looks like:

• 负责 AMADA 数控冲床（如 EN2510 &3610 型号）的数控编程, 板材排版工作, 确保程序准确性与排版合理性。
• 独立操作 AMADA 数控冲床完成生产加工, 严格遵循工艺要求与安全规范。
• 根据产品图纸要求, 编制数冲加工工艺文件, 明确加工流程, 参数及质量标准。
• 负责新产品的调试打样, 跟踪试产过程, 分析并解决打样中的不良问题, 输出改进方案。
• 通过优化编程排版, 调整加工参数等方式, 提升现场生产效率, 降低加工周期。
• 重点优化板材排版方案, 提高板材利用率, 控制物料损耗成本。
• 独立完成机床的日常保养工作（如清洁, 润滑, 参数检查等）, 确保设备正常运行。
• 能快速识别并解决机床常见故障, 减少设备停机时间;对设备及配套工具进行预见性保养与维护, 提前规避潜在故障风险。
• 积极参与公司精益生产项目, 提出工艺, 设备, 效率等方面的改进建议, 营造部门持续改进氛围。

• 大专及以上学历, 10年以上数控冲床工作经验。
• 编程软件:熟练使用4IE, AP100等 AMADA 专用数控编程软件。
• 设计与办公软件:熟练操作AutoCAD（绘图）, SolidWorks（三维建模） , 及 Excel（数据统计）
• 能独立完成AMADA EN2510 &EN3610数控冲床的编程, 排版, 操作全流程, 具备丰富的实操经验。
• 具备图纸解读, 工艺分析能力, 能根据图纸转化为可执行的加工方案。
• 具备问题解决能力, 能快速定位加工不良, 。
• 具备成本意识与精益思维, 能从生产全流程优化效率与成本。
