Job Summary

Summary:

The " Planner Scheduler " will be based in Zhuhai.

Responsibilities:

• Collect the detail data for DL requirement analysis.
• Monitor the DL status to make sure we have enough resource to cover the customer forecast.
• To drive production and work with Lean Excellence team to reduce DL cost, meet financial target.
• Weekly Financial KOI to track.
• DL hiring plan weekly update to campus hiring team.
• Work with staffing and HR on DL hiring status (plan vs actual).
• Responsible for DL allocation by customers/by projects/by buildings/by processes.
• Responsible for DL movements - to other site/between buildings/processes/projects.
• DL plan for new projects launch.

Qualifications:

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree
• Good in English
• Logic thinking, good sense to the number
• Familiar with Microsoft office tool
