Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Materials Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus. Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the site Materials management, covering the full spectrum of Purchasing, Planning and Inventory management

What a typical day looks like:

• Assist with implementation of the site materials management policies and procedures
• • Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
• • Develop materials schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering
• • Assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system

• Bachelors degree is a must.
• Creation of two- and three-axis charts, as well as charts with trend analysis
• Development, analysis, and tracking of KPIs
• Lead and coordinate CFT meetings
• Preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up to action closure
• Effective communication with Service departments and external warehouses
• Timely escalation to SSYMA, Manufacturing, and Quality departments
• Follow-up with suppliers for the procurement of tools
• Management, implementation, and documentation of new processes, including NPI
• Experience in new process start-up
• People management and coordination
• Proficient use of PowerPoint to create clear and professional presentations
• Plus: experience using BAAN
• Knowledge of warehousing, picking, receiving, CCI, E&O, Kanban, SMKT
• Basic English
