Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manager - Quality located in Sriperumbudur
What a typical day looks like :
- To monitor the Manufacturing Process Quality performance for all products.
- Drive processes towards achieving the targeted yield performance, working with team
- Monitoring, Process and Product quality audits and drive closure properly
- Establish processes in line with the customer requirement (NPI to Mass Production) and constantly improving results
- Single Point of Contact for all customer related queries on quality aspects
- Regular interactions and reviews with customer on metrics and driving actions towards the results
- Responsible for product reliability testing and results
- Responsible for Product Safety Certifications.
- Should have knowledge on quality tools.

- Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years' experience developing, implementing, and maintaining quality function and related area
- Candidates from EMS industry and SMT background are preferred
- Excellent team player able to work with other functions to bring results
