To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Manager - Global Procurement and Supply Chain at Coimbatore, India.
Program leader, accountable for planning and directing the delivery of a procurement Shared services ensuring stake holder satisfaction.
What a typical day looks like:
- Continually works with the stake holders to communicate the strategy, understand organization requirements / pain points and execute the vision.
- Directs, supports and manages the account leadership team comprising of 1st and 2nd level P2P teams.
- Develops objectives and plans for team leads and track performance to annual goals - working to drive efficiency, productivity and alignment with strategic direction.
- Meets or exceeds all key stake holder's metrics.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, problem solving, organization, documentation and process management skills.
- Solid understanding of a high availability mission-critical shared services program. Ability to create and manage Operational processes and procedures. Solid understanding of building scalable operations.
- Oversees a stake holders governance structure that comprises comprehensive, coherent processes and communications.
- Strong leadership skills in a client-facing environment
- Excellent communication and follow up skills.
- Client Management skills
- Able to handle escalations both within the team and from the stake holders side.
- In depth knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices
- Expert in purchase to pay and sourcing processes.
- Leads a team of 50+ resources.
- Willing to travel.
