Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a HR Training Supervisor located in Suzhou Wuzhong.

What a typical day looks like:
- 培训体系搭建
将业务战略转化为领导力行为标准, 设计针对性干预措施（如教练辅导, 行动学习等）。
- 培训项目实施
协调内外部讲师资源, 开发或优化培训教材, 工具及方法论。
- 培训需求分析
通过考核, 反馈, 业务数据等评估培训效果, 持续优化培训计划。
- 培训资源管理
维护内部讲师团队, 建立讲师激励机制（如认证, 奖励等）。
- 文化建设与创新
协助人力资源部门进行人才发展项目（如高潜员工培养, 领导力发展等）。
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- 本科及以上学历, 5 年以上培训相关经验, 其中至少 2 年管理层培训管理经验, 熟悉培训全流程, 有大型企业培训体系搭建或领导力发展项目经验者优先。
- 熟练掌握培训方法论及工具。
- 具备课程开发能力或授课经验, 能独立完成高质量培训材料。
- 优秀的沟通协调能力, 能跨部门推动项目落地。
- 逻辑清晰, 具备数据分析和报告撰写能力。
