Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the design and development of engaging visual content for eLearning modules, promotional mailers, newsletters, and video assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling and digital design to grow in a collaborative environment.

What a typical day looks like:
- Design graphics and layouts for eLearning modules, newsletters, and promotional mailers.
- Assist in video editing and post-production for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to ensure visual consistency and effectiveness.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
- Prepare assets for web and mobile platforms ensuring responsiveness and accessibility.
- Support the team with creative input during brainstorming and concept development sessions.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
