Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Global IT - Business Systems Analyst (m/f/d) preferably located in Althofen, Austria.

Reporting to the Director, Business Applications, the Global IT - Business Systems Analyst role is in charge of supporting our ERP systems BAAN V, Infor LN & SAP users in Europe, America and Asia for all functional related ERP questions with focus on Logistics.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provide day-to-day ERP user support (Logistics & technical support);
• Act as an interface between key users, global development & corporate business teams;
• Investigate and solve issues by analyzing and correcting data;
• Define and test new ERP functionalities;
• Work with, test and support AI technologies;
• Project support.

• Completed degree in Computer science, System or Industrial Engineering, Business Economics or Business Administration (FH, University) or advanced commercial/technical education (HTL, BSc, MSc);
• Strong IT background - experience with ERP, SQL, programming and software testing;
• Experienced and skilled in: Microsoft Office, SQL, Power Bi, Oracle, MySQL, Snowflake, Interfaces (API, SFTP), ERP (BAAN 5, Infor Ln, SAP Hanna), programming;
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset combined with a passion for innovation and interest in applying AI technologies to real-world business challenges;
• Solid understanding of logistics and manufacturing domains - experience in planning, procurement, production, warehousing, or sales;
• Communicative and motivated Team player with a customer-oriented mindset;
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written);
• Ability to travel ~ 10 %.
