Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams, which build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Global Asset Management Manager located at Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Asset Management Manager Sr, the Global Asset Management Manager role involves working in charge to optimize the most all of the M&E assets supported by the department, from an investment, utilization, and deployment perspective, directly impacting the global company's annual budget, operations shopfloor, and machinery optimization.

What a typical day looks like:
- In charge of tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results.
- Drive Continuous Improvement of Utilization in key equipment areas.
- Validate the exact capacity requirements based on business plans.
- Ensure Capacity is right-sized to meet the future technology requirements.
- Providing help, knowledge, and expertise with the operations team is required.
- Review Capital Expenses Requests from multiple sites aligned to the procedures and policies.
- Be supportive by communicating the utilization expected from corporate, applying technical reviews with sites, and reaching an agreement to achieve the set goals.
- Establishes a work plan to manage the equipment available, source, and tracking.
- BA/BS in Engineering, or related field.
- Fluent English.
- Office Packaging knowledge.
- Finance experience, CAPEX management.
- Sr experience in a similar position.
- Experience operating industrial machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of equipment logistics and asset management.
- Ability to work with global input and coordinate with multicultural teams.
- Ability to validate technical processes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of databases and asset management tools.
- Availability to travel.
