Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Financial Analyst located in Kallang, Singapore .

What a typical day looks like:

• Support in the preparation of P&L forecast from collecting data with various cross-functional individuals
• Prepare detailed commentary for P&L variance analysis. Analysis will include prior forecast vs current forecast, Prior Qtr. vs Current QU, current year vs prior year, and Actual vs forecast
• Weekly P&L reporting to segment, regional and site management
• Support in weekly vendor payment selection
• Quarterly financial slides preparation
• Scrap verification, tracker updates and managing scrap billings
• Supporting in cycle count audits & Physical Inventory at year end
• Monthly financial business updates/ business information for HR dashboard
• Provide support for Lean/ Kaizen Initiatives (savings validation) and lead/participate in Finance Lean/ Kaizen project submissions on a quarterly basis.
• Contribute to the workplace safety and health improvement for the employees, as well as environmental protection, by adhering to the company's Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures, and helping to achieve EHS objectives and targets through participation of EHS programs.
• Participate and adhere to Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) policy, programs and procedures
• Support on other ad-hoc requests

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree or Professional Certification in Finance, Accounting or any related discipline.
• Must be computer literate (strong Excel skills).
• Have an understanding of BaaN and related ERP systems would be an added advantage.
