Ter ondersteuning van onze teams die logistieke diensten van wereldklasse leveren, zijn we op zoek naar een Environmental Health & Safety Manager (EHS) met standplaatsOostrum. Vanuit deze locatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gehele Flex-campus, die bestaat uit vier vestigingen in de regio Venlo/Venray.
Je maakt deel uit van het regionale EHS-team, rapporteert aan de regionale EHS-directeur en bent werkzaam op de campus, waar je rapporteert aan het MT-lid dat verantwoordelijk is voor EHS.

De functie omvat het aansturen en ondersteunen van het EHS-team bij het implementeren van uitgebreide programma's om te voldoen aan bedrijfsnormen en overheidsvoorschriften.
Deze ondersteuning omvat het ontwikkelen en implementeren van (corporate) veiligheidsinitiatieven, KPI-rapportages, ondersteuning bij audits, toezicht op naleving, incidentbeheer, het geven van trainingen, bedrijfsadvies, enzovoort.
Wat een normale werkdag inhoudt:
- Leidinggeven aan, ondersteunen en ontwikkelen van het lokale EHS-team bij het beheren van alle EHS-gerelateerde aspecten voor magazijnen en kantoren (bijvoorbeeld PGS 37-2, dangerous goods-beheer, RI&E).
- Zorgen voor continue verbetering door jaarlijkse strategische plannen voor EHS te ontwikkelen.
- Ontwikkelen en rapporteren van EHS-budgetten, auditschema's en performance metrics.
- Vormgeven en uitvoeren van (corporate) EHS-trainingen en awarenessprogramma's.
- Adviseren van medewerkers en management over EHS-beleid en fungeren als adviseur voor de business units.
- Deelnemen aan projectvergaderingen om EHS-aspecten te integreren bij proces- en installatieveranderingen.
- Coördineren van crisis respons plannen en communicatie tijdens incidenten om personeel en resources te beschermen.
- Onderhouden van relaties met externe stakeholders, waaronder overheidsinstanties, NGO's en klanten om safety en naleving te waarborgen.
- Een bacheloropleiding (HBO of gelijkwaardig) in Safety, Milieuwetenschappen, Technologie, Engineering of Management (HKV of vergelijkbaar).
- Aantoonbare ervaring in een vergelijkbare EHS-rol binnen een logistieke of productieomgeving.
- Kennis van ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, RI&E-processen, DG-opslag en alle andere relevante EU-/Nederlandse regelgeving.
- Bewezen expertise in crisis- en stakeholdermanagement.
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.
- Ervaring binnen een internationale matrixorganisatie is een pré.
