- Engage directly with hyperscale and cloud customers to gather insights and shape product strategies.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure manufacturability, cost optimization, and high-quality delivery.
- Manage and monitor key product metrics such as adoption, revenue, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Support Flex's sustainability goals by driving energy-efficient and thermally optimized product solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the Data Center, High-Performance Computing (HPC), or Enterprise IT industry.
- Deep understanding of rack-level integration, modular systems, and liquid or advanced thermal management technologies.
- Proven track record in bringing hardware products from ideation through launch and sustaining.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across diverse global teams.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data to support product decisions and trade-offs.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., OCP, ASHRAE) and regulatory environments related to data center infrastructure is a plus.
