Job Summary

About the Role

We're expanding our development team and want you to be a key part of our digital transformation journey. As an Application Developer, you'll play a vital role in building practical business solutions using C#/.NET and SQL, working closely with Business Analysts. You'll be hands-on throughout the full application lifecycle-from translating requirements to deployment-within a collaborative, Agile environment. As our business grows, you'll also help shape and implement our future AI and Automation initiatives, making your contributions truly matter.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain web applications using C# (.NET) and SQL.
• Design and optimize databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).
• Build and connect RESTful APIs for system integration.
• Collaborate with business analysts to understand and translate requirements into working solutions.
• Use modern tools like Visual Studio, Git, Jira, and more.
• Support and improve live business applications and suggest ways to automate or streamline business processes.
• Take part in future projects involving AI and Automation as our technology evolves.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Solid skills in C#/.NET, OOP, and SQL.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC/Core and web basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap/jQuery).
• Comfortable with Git and Agile/Scrum.

We Also Value:

• Experience with other languages (Python, Java, PHP, JavaScript) or cloud/devops tools (Docker, Azure, AWS).
• Previous work with or strong interest in AI, machine learning, or automation.
• Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills, and a passion for learning.
