What a typical day looks like:
- Develop and maintain integrated management system processes in line with current standards.
- Promote awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
- Ensure customer needs are met through quality objectives, training, and corrective actions.
- Analyze business situations and production capabilities for management consideration.
- Collaborate with senior management to establish policies and goals.
- Oversee the product assurance program, including budgeting and responsibilities.
- Interface with customers on technical quality issues and improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer and regulatory audits.
- Recommend solutions for technical challenges and enhance departmental procedures.
- Engage with vendors regarding supply quality and capacity.
- Work with engineers on quality assurance for new products.
- Bachelor's degree
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality management field
- Fluent in English.
- Customer (external and internal) relationship skills
- Deep knowledge of Quality tools, ISO 13485 standard knowledge can be an advantage.
