We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Tab f or a Buyer p osition .

Buyer (Direct)

What a typical day looks like:

• Follow the purchasing processes defined in the ERP system
• Order materials needed for the production based on the demands received from Planning and based on purchasing parameters received from NPI buyers
• Document and control the PO confirmations
• Track and control the deliveries from suppliers, check and discuss the delivery discrepancies with the suppliers
• Keep continuous contact with the suppliers
• Blocked invoice handling
• Follow the escalation flow coming from material shortages due to various reasons
• Participate in shortage calls, meetings
• Provide accurate data for shortage reporting on a daily basis
• Arrange and track deliveries of purchase orders based on the instructions of the transport team
• Optimize transportation costs, avoid extra costs
• Optimize raw material inventory

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Minimum High School degree
• Verbal and written fluency in Hungarian & English
• Strong Excel knowledge
• BA or MA in a related field (logistics, economics) is an advantage and we are open to Fresh Graduates
• 1-2 years professional experience in procurement/purchasing/logistics fields in an advantage
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills
• Outstanding customer (external and internal) relationship skills
