Job Summary

The "Business System Analyst" will be based in Guadalajara North Campus, reporting to Senior Manager, Information Technology

In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to Flex ERP Logistics systems and their interfaces with ERP.
The selected candidate will work closely with other team members and users to deliver technical support for the BAAN ERP Logistics platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Functional support for BAAN ERP Logistics Application for Global Flex.
• Understand user requirements to fix ERP Logistics issues and provide comprehensive documentation for users to understand the problem and the corrective actions taken.
• Address incidents to analyze the root cause through the Problem Management process and define improvement actions. Work closely with the incident managers.
• Process improvement, errors/bugs identification and fixing. Close interact with development & solution teams to provide system bug fixes and enhancements specifications. And testing of new solutions.
• Train team members and attend training sessions.
• Constant enrichment of the support knowledge base by submitting support articles to help leverage support across team members. Actively work to extend system & process know how.
• Implementation of Baan ERP modules and participate in handover activities from Implementation Team into Global Support Team.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Good understanding of logistics business process, such Order Management, Warehousing, Supply Chain,
• Experience in ERP Logistics using Baan/LN, SAP, Oracle Netsuite, JD Edwards or Shop Floors
• systems such as Flexflow, MESPRO or WMS systems such as Red Prairie, Atlas, Agile.
• Ability to work closely with the team members and customers. Customer handling and issues escalation handling.
• SQL knowledge, API or Software development / programming experience.
• Use of AI Tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Industrial Engineer, Computer Science degree. In case of Computer Science Degree, functional
• English spoken is mandatory.
