Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Business Analyst located in Guadalajara, North .

Reporting to the Assistant Manager-IT, the Business Analyst role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, recommending process improvements, and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals.

What a typical day looks like:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional data product and system requirements. Translate the business needs into applicable system design solutions through prototyping and configuration.
• Develop, communicate, and ensure that internal development and system standards,s and best practices are being utilized.
• Build, maintain, and enhance business applications and solutions with a focus on maintaining the integrity of the business application, data, and systems.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience working in a Business Analyst Role.
• Advanced SQL queries experience.
• Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.
• Experience in data management tools like Snowflake, Denodo will be valuable.
• Comfortable presenting complex, technical topics in an actionable manner.
• Advanced English level
