We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Tab f or Automation Project Manager p osition .

Automation Project Manager

What a typical day looks like:

• Introducing new technologies and expanding automation capabilities across operations
• Developing Office-based tools and systems to improve efficiency and collaboration
• Strengthening direct communication with both existing and potential customers to foster closer partnerships and better responsiveness
• Leveraging cross-site collaboration by integrating successful projects from other locations into our operations in Tab
• Managing and tracking internal projects, while providing strategic leadership to the engineering team to ensure alignment with business goals
• Host customer and partner visits (including Flex and external stakeholders) to showcase our capabilities and foster engagement
• Prepare the site for the implementation of the Flex Future Factory framework, ensuring readiness for next-generation manufacturing standards

• University Degree in a related field (Engineering or Economics)
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar field, like Project Management, Automation, Product & Process Improvement, Design and Development
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Hungarian & English
• Strong analytical & decision-making skills
• Excellent people and process management skills
• Outstanding customer (external and internal) relationship skills
• Self-motivated, initiative personality and good team player
• Willingness to travel if needed
